So, who is Ashley Dolan?

To be honest, I'm not 100% sure myself...

By day, I am a designer who focuses on digital design and UX/UI, with over 10 years under my belt in the creative industry. UX/UI in particular is a large passion for me, stemming from a childhood obsession with GUIs and being more interested in software interfaces... often more than the software themselves. I also do print work/general graphic design and I am known to dabble in photography on a semi-professional manner. I'm also quite adept in photo retouching / photoshopping in general!

By night, I am in all intents and purposes, a massive nerd. I love playing around and tinkering with retro computers, particularly older Apple Macs (hence why the site looks like this) and various other computers like the Commodore Amiga and C64. I also like retro consoles, collecting/repairing CRT TVs/monitors, watching films/various anime, creating electronic music and being creative in general. I also like helping out / volunteering too.

In a more serious answer, I love how old Mac OS looks, particularly on the Mac Classic with its 1bit graphics. As a result, I *ahem* borrowed heavily from it in style. Here's an example:
